Tournament Schedule

Schools must complete the annual AMCA membership process before registering teams for regional qualifying tournaments. This includes submitting an AMCA-approved Authorization Letter and completing annual school membership registration. Regional tournament registration may only be completed by individuals listed on the school's approved Authorization Letter. Students may not access the Coaches website or register teams.

• Each student may compete in only one regional qualifying tournament. A student may not be registered as a competitor at more than one regional.

• The registration fee for all regional qualifying tournaments is $200 per two-student team.

• REGISTRATION FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Schools should register only for slots they intend to use. Registrations made in excess of the applicable registration-day limit will be canceled and will not be refunded.

• Regional tournament slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis during the registration periods below. Each tournament is also subject to its individual per-school team cap. Once a tournament reaches capacity, no additional registrations will be accepted and a waitlist will be maintained for that tournament.

• 2026-2027 REGISTRATION SCHEDULE:

  • September 9: Maximum of 3 regional slots per school

  • September 14: Maximum of 5 regional slots per school

  • September 18: Maximum of 5 regional slots per school

  • September 21: No overall school registration limit

  • Registration Window: 12:00 PM to 11:59 PM ET each registration day

Registration-day limits apply across all regional tournaments, not separately to each tournament. On September 21, the overall school registration limit is removed; however, the individual per-school cap established for each regional tournament continues to apply.
